Claude Marcoux was born circa 1610 in St-Julie-de-Cry, Langres, Champagne-Ardenne, France. He married Marie Juneau January 8, 1629 in Langres, Champagne-Ardenne, France. Marie Juneau was born circa 1602 in France and died January 11, 1651 in Port Royal, Acadia. Claude Marcoux died June 12, 1699 in Beauport, Québec.

Pierre Marcoux was born circa 1629 in Saint-Julien, Cry, Avallon, Burgundy, France. He married Marthe de Rainville January 8, 1662 in Québec. Marthe de Rainville was born March 1, 1647 in St-Thomas, Touques, Calvados, Normandie, France and died December 19, 1721 in Beauport, Québec. Pierre Marcoux died June 11, 1699 in Beauport, Québec.

Noël Mailloux dit Desmoulins was born March 29, 1666 in Québec and died January 10, 1753 in Beauport, Québec. Thérèse-Louise Marcoux died July 10, 1735 in Beauport, Québec.

Marguerite-Véronique Toupin was born circa 1754 in Québec.  She married Jean-Louis Boutron dit Major. Jean-Louis Boutron dit Major was born circa 1749 and died February 26, 1790. Marguerite-Véronique Toupin died August 22, 1832 in L'Assomption, Québec.

Marguerite Boutron dite Major was born July 11, 1785.  She married François-Barthélémi Leduc October 19, 1807. François-Barthélémi Leduc was born circa 1785 and died April 30, 1862 in Saint Louis, Saint-Timothée, Québec. Marguerite Boutrin dite Major died circa 1830.
